How can i lose weight... fast? -

im going away in 3 months and i need to lose about 2 stone, but i wanna do this in 1 month or less. how can i acheive this.what is the best diet pills and workouts to do?i dont want to spend too much because im saving for when i go away.

yh i did have the same problem as u i tried pills but they just made me feel lazy and tiered all the time so no i don t think tht they are a gd idea, but i guess its worth 2 try if ur willing 2 feel crap most of the time!! lol zzzzzzzzzzz! i lost just ova a stone just by exercise regularly the best and quickest way 4 me was by doin aerobics daily i no its really tiring but its all worth it in the end!
