I would like to lose weight quicker? -

I m on weightwatchers but I want to lose weight faster Any suggestions? I m embarrassed to tell you that I weigh 134 and i want to go down to 100

If your not exercising do th elow or no carb diet, you can lose 8 pounds in a week if you do it right. You have to eat though or you wont lose any. If you are exercising, you will need to eat some carbs because that is what gives you energy

i wish i weighed that! i now weight twice than i did when i a teenager.
