HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT FAST? -

im a size 8 and i want to lose weight.my body is nice but i want to have thinner legs and i weigh about 9 st.Please can you give me tips but i would like to lose weight very fast without harming my body.

eating healthy food and daily excercise without straining yourself is the best and safest way to lose weight, dont worry about how fast you lose weight, worry bout HOW you lose it, and drink lots of water!

just exercise alot! you can t loose weight really fast, you just have to eat healthy and maybe do some running. drink alot of water and get a balanced diet.

control your food... stay away from meal, gym and control your life style..

eat a single chapathi in breakfast and then go for jogging without fail.eat as much as u want in the afternoon but to night take only fruits andthen bettr go 4 walk;dont sleep immediatly after having dinner.

Dieting actually don t work if u like to have thinner thighs/legs then you better jog/run every day and do it a routine.
