Any good diets to lose weight fast? -

i have heard about the diet 18in4 (lose 18 pounds in 4 days) can someone tell me the diet plan? ori just wanna have a really nice body for the beach...im going to the beach in about three weeks. does anyone know how to lose about 10 pounds in 3 weeks??

ok ..3 weeks somewhat possible. i will help u. Don t eat bread at all any kind of starchy food ..pasta, patatoes. count your calories and fat. If you consume 1000 calories a day u should be able to loose over 6pounds or more. Eat small meals during the day , eat until your not hungry no more not until your full. Include fruits such as apple in between meals. Eat tuna, fish with whole grain rice. Make yourself salads to fill u during the day (many nice vegetables). Get natural oatmeal and boil it it will fill you up when u hungry. Buy yourself V8 juice when u feel fatigued. Put hot spices in your food to speed up your metabolism like tobasco sauce. If u dont lieke fish eat beans the best protein grown from the ground. Try to go runing and stick to this !!

drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like chicken breast.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!
