How to lose weight fast!!!? -

first off let me start off by saying if you have nothing nice to say, dont say ANYTHING!!! ok, now i heard that starving actually works for losing weight... i saw a lady on youtube who went a month with out food and lost alot of weight.but im not going to starve myself. i would like to go on a juice only diet... still healthy. my cousin tried it before and she went from 190lbs. to 166lbs. in a week... how is this possible???has anyone tried it?? does it really work??? and is it worth it???

Eat more! Don t be fooled because the article is referring to more of healthy, low-fat foods rather than junk food. Junk food can range from burgers to those cookies that you always bought! Adding a lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet will help you. Also, drinking bouillon, a Haitian soup, made with filtered water will help you feel full. BasketballExercise every day! This could be the most difficult step to follow. But what you can do is actually start slowly then steady increase the amount of exercise. For example, today you will walk for 10 minutes, repeat this for the whole week. For the next week, double your workload. You may get leaner that way! The important thing is to get your heart rate up and start, now! Feed your temptations once in a while. Go ahead and have that donut or slice of pizza, but before you do, drink a few glasses of water and eat a bowl of raw veggies such as cucumbers, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. They will fill you up and you will have very little room to eat the junk food. Scrumptious!Consume things that have no calories. There are two things you eat and drink that contain no calories: water and fiber. The more of these you get into your diet, the better off you will be. For example, you can eat a pound of mixed salad greens with assorted raw vegetables (carrots, red cabbage, celery, broccoli, onion, etc.) with a low or no-calorie salad dressing and only have eaten 100-150 calories. This is because of the high water and fiber content of the salad and low calorie dressing. Also, eat lots of celery. It has only 8 calories, but amazingly, it takes more than 8 calories to digest it. So, you actually BURN calories by eating celery! It s not much, about 2 calories per 8 inch stalk, but it sure doesn t hurt. Avoid sodas as much as possible. Instead, drink flavored water or unsweetened iced tea. Take broth-based soups. They are a relatively low in calories. A commerically-available ready to eat chicken and stars soup may only have 80 calories for 1 serving, much less than diet meal shakes or nutrition bars. These may help you.Practice good eating habits. Always use utensils and sit at the table. This stops you from eating precariously. Eating with your hands will mean that you take in more food in one scoop. Don t forget to eat slowly and stop when you re full. Similar to the above step, if you can t stop, drink up! Maybe your body is thirsty and hungry no more! Also, you can do any other chores (other than eating). For instance, go shopping, or play badminton with your friend, or play games on the computer! Spread out your diet! Eat more small chunks of meals, rather than 3 big meals. If you eat 100-150 calories or so every two hours, your body stays in a higher-metabolism digesting mode. This allows you to burn more calories than eating just 3 meals a day.[1] Source(s):http://centerformedicalweightloss.com/lahttp://www.smallstep.gov/?gclid=CIqXsZjbhttp://exercise.about.com/cs/weightloss/http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/200http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice

There are numerous diet plans that can tell you how to lose weight fast. Some work better than others, some are easier to stick to than others, and some are less expensive than others. Medifast offers the most choices, which makes it easier to stick to and keep losing weight. The cabbage soup diet is repetitive but cheap to be on, while the lemonade diet requires the least preparing. Sometmes the need to lose wieght fast doesn t translate into keeping the pounds off.

No its not worth it at alll!!!!! all of your cousins weight is going to come back on in no time once she starts eating again so dont even worry about that.if you want to lose weight for GOOD and still quickly go on a low carb diet where normal people lose up to 14lbs in 2 weeks!!! basiclly low carb is fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, little bit of cheese, veg...ect.soo heres an example of a low carb dayB- eggwhite omlete with tomatoes and fatfree cheeseL- HUGE salad with veg and chicken (make sure your dressing is fat free and NO crutons)D- chicken or fish and lots of veggiesso you can still eat and lose a lot of weight!!

Well i think that would be the best choice. If you want to lose weight fast or a lot. Just follow these steps.1. run everyday for about 30min a day.2. do about 50 sit ups every night or do as much as you can.3. and if you wanna gain some more muscle you should do some push ups as well. 4. this is really important whenever you are done eating make sure to eat things like meat or fish and even a banana. do not eat any cabs before you go to bed it gives you a little more weight. And just look at me i am in really good shape.

well fasting will work... obviously because you re starving yourself. but as soon as you start eating again you will gain the weight back and then some.. (happened to me) and was the lady you saw on youtube sushicatny? i saw her and she lost a lot of weight but now she s wayyy heavier than she was when she started the fast and now she has to follow a diet and exercise plan to lose weight. I think thats the best thing to do. eat a little less workout 20 minutes a day and don t eat past 5 or 6pm. pounds will drop fast!

I doubt that is possible but not only is this not healthy as soon as you start eating normally again you will gain the weight back and since you took things away from your body when you eat them you will want to eat twice as much. With any diet where you cut out so much of one thing (ex. adkins) once you start to eat the carbs normally again you will gain the weight back

Starving is a **** way for making yourself lose weight. :/You screw up your metabolism.Your cousin only lost weight fast, because honestly, she probably did need to lose a lot of weight. I don t believe all of that weight will stay off though.

i wouldnt try that diet. i think you should eat healthier and work out. i dont think it is healthy to lose 24 lbs in a week. if you have ever seen the biggest loser that works for them.

Don t go on a juice diet, you need to have a healthy diet, how heavy areyou

I think the answer u are looking for is here www.czone.info/acaiberry . Very useful informative site !

Sigh The formula for weight loss is SIMPLE. Consume less than you burn. Go to a gym and get your BMR (Base metabolic rate) and determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight and stay healthy. Most people average around 1300 to maintain basic body functions and about 1800 to maintain current weight.Low intensity exercise burns fat.3700 calories = 1lb.Walk 3 miles = jog 3 miles = 370 calories.Spin cycling class = 500-700 calories per hour. 1/2 fat, 1/2 carbsSo for example if you jog 3 miles in the morning, eat 1700 calories per day, and then take a spin cycling class in the evening, you re running a deficit of 800 calories a day or 1 lb every 4 days without having to starve yourself and you re turning into an athlete along the way. Increase running/walking/jogging distance by no more than 10% per week. Keep your workouts in Zone 2.Eat lots of fruit and veggies and foods with soluble fiber such as oatmeal and cheerios. Avoid ALL junk foods. Avoid fried foods. Stay away from soda. This should be an easy 4 pound drop 2 weeks along with the working out, another 3.5 pounds. Total your first 2 weeks, 7.5 lbs lost permanently and you should be on your way to training for a 10K race.Stop dieting and turn yourself into an athlete. Starvation diets put your body into starvation mode which basically reduces your body s ability to burn fat, slows down cellular division, metabolism and digestive processes (food stays in your gut longer as your body tries to absorb EVERY iota of nutrition it can). The video shows someone that dehydrated, starved and essentially tortured themselves and only lost 24 lbs in 30 days of which 10lbs was food/residue that was in her gut. There is no easy way...but the way I ve outlined is PERMANENT.

I m certain that it is very possible to lose that much weight in a week... but most of those pounds won t be from fat.I don t really care how you decide to lose weight, but before you decide I think that you should at least know that there is a large difference between weight loss and fat loss (and thus get your last question is it worth it? answered)As I said, you can lose a lot of weight in a short period of time (when I used the cambridge diet I lost 4 pounds/day by just watching tv), but most of the weight you lose won t be from fat, but your muscle. This is unavoidable in any diet that makes you lose more than 2 pounds/week. Why? Because even when you don t use your muscles, they will burn a lot of calories for you. And when the body notice that you are not consuming enough calories for it to maintain itself, it will go into starvation AND BURN THE CALORIE BURNING MUSCLES TO USE FOR ENERGY INSTEAD. This is very important to remember, because this means that your metabolism will slow down considerably (to just regain 1 pound of pure muscle is really hard to do later on), and what do you think will happen when you start eating again as you did before, only that you now have a much slower metabolism than before you started? YOU REGAIN FAT, probably even more than you had when you started. I can also add, the more muscle you have, the more you can eat without gaining any weight. So, now you know the negative side with these kind of diets. So if you want to lose fat, and not regain all the pounds again as soon as you stop, then aim for a diet that let you lose 2 pounds/week.Once again, I don t really care what you decide to do, but I think you should know about these things before you make your decision. Personally though I don t think those diets are worth the trouble though.
