I need some advice on how to lose weight? -

I am 20 years old and 5 4 and 135 pounds. Last year this time i was 120. All of my fat is in my stomach, back and a little in the arms. My butt and legs are tiny and no fat. they look great cause that isnt where i store fat at. Im going to get a gym membership but would like to know which exercises to do. also diet tips. and if possible maybe a diet that could take off the pounds quick for a date im having in two weeks. then i will want to sericously take off the pounds. so what should i do?

Hi, I have a daughter your age. She was very active in high school, track, basketball, cross country but after graduating she put on about 20lbs.
