How can i lose weight fast but without going on a diet or going on pill or drugs? -

there is no way you can lose weight fast without a healthy diet plan and exercise combined. However, you can lose weight without dieting or pills if you exercise. If you run for atleast 30 min a day, you will burn atleast 300 calories, which means that if you ate around the same as you did before you started running, and you ve been at a consistent weight for atleast a year now, you d be cutting down your calories by 2100 a week, which means that after two weeks you d lose atleast a lb or 2 since 3500 calories is a lb.

Your question is kinda silly. There are alot of things that determine weight loss...How much weight are you looking to lose? Most people can t lose weight fast. Its a battle everyday to stay focused and concentrate on yourself, not eat junk food and workout. If losing weight was easy and could happen quickly without dieting, no one would be obese in this country!
