I need tips on how to lose weight and if im fat or not? -

hi im 13, 5.4 ft or so, and weigh 54 kg. i think im fat and need tips to get fitter easily cos i don thave much free time, i can only really do stuff on sundays. but if you could give some really good tips that would be great! thanks.

Honey your weight is just right ! If you think that you are out of shape, there are lots of exercise videos that you could do in your free time . Check at your public library or video rental store . Even doing 10 or 20 minutes here and there is better than no exercise at all . You go girl !

Tempting situations and special occasionsIt is important to recognise that holidays, festivals, eating out, etc, may interfere with your everyday food choices and eating schedule. Also, do you find that watching food programmes on TV makes you hungry? How about smells from the kitchen from someone cooking who is not aware that you are trying to lose weight? Do you get pressure from family or friends to eat or drink more?You will be tempted by different situations to abandon your planned food intake. Can you identify any tempting situations? Can you avoid them? If not, how do you cope with them?Top tip - go and clean your teeth when you are tempted to eat between meals.

Its when yah really do STUFF that you put on the weight !Try hanging around with fatter friends that way you will feel more skinny!At 13 yu have many things to learn......the first of course is how to speak correctly. I suggest you keep this post in a folder somewhere and pull it out again when you are ten years older. That way you will get to experience the thrill us Yahooers all get when reading semi illiterate twaddle. So first tip is to learn to learn about Health and Fitness from some good library books... that is usually FREE . Of course and not to forget...that one has to understand that a 13 year old has so little time in their oh so busy schedule to bother to further educate themselves beyond the school curriculum.But ......if yah look in the mirror and ask yourself Who am I kidding? The answer will hit you fairly and squarely ....in the face !

okay you are definitley not fat!! if you think you need to get fitter maybe you should get out there and go for a run. you should probably do some situps too because they tone up your stomach and eat healthier foods like lots of vegetables. goodluck!!

There is no need for you to lose weigh since at 54 kg, that is still within the range of the optimal weight of a 13 year old kid.Range is between 28-74 kgs. So no nee for you to worry.

excercise is key girl!go look on youtube, and check out some ab work outs or simple excersises you can do around the house :) which ever part of the body you want to work on, go look!

Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

No darling, you are definitely not fat! 54kg is 119 pounds! Your weight is perfectly fine! If anything, you should focus on getting/staying toned!
