Which are the carbs that should be cut out it u want to lose weight fast? -

none.you need carbs inyour diet. cutting back on refinded sugar and flour, saturated fats and large portions is what is needed to lose weight. You can t lose weight fast and keep it off. You didnt get fat overnight. it wont come off and stay off the sameway.stick with a lean protiens, fruits, veggies and whole grains that calorie wise are under 140 perserving.

Really its better to decrease carbs AND saturated fat.

bread, pasta, crackers, potatoes. brown rice and whole wheat pasta in moderation can do ok. Sugar needs to be cut too.

sugars and anything with flour in it, breads. pasta ect
