How to lose weight FAST? -

I know, I know the healthy way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise, however I want to do this the fast way, meaning if I have to starve myself for a week to lose it i will! what is the fastest way to lose about 10 pounds??

legally im forbidden to condone this action and mind you i dont...but starving yourself will work. youll just put the pounds back onits not just the healthy way to lose weight by eating helthy and exercising, its a healthy way to live and maitain a healthy lifestyle. its not all about weight.but yeah, starving yourself should work, but dont expect to keep the weight off for long. better yet, or you could go on a diet...same effects though.

ok well first of all dont starve yourself... bc if your problem is losing 10 pounds, and you want to starve yourself... sure, you might lose that weight but then you have all these other problems you ll have to deal with. Take a safe route. and if you dont mind me asking, how come you have to lose this weight so fast? the fastest way is actually to eat healthy and exercise, if u starve yourself then your body will build up more fat. i know that sounds ridiculous but its true. it might seem like it works but it really doesn t. try doing something active weekly like dance, pilates, or yoga.

The fastest way is to take Alli or just starve yourself if your willing.The problem with quick fixes is that you WILL gain all the weight you lost plus a couple more. Believe me, it s not worth it. Change your lifestayle and exercise and you will be fine.

stop eating.This is really dumb of you.coming from experience you will be addicted and it will affect your life.I thought I would be able to just stop. Well I can t and it is now a way of life. It absolutely sucks. I wouldn t recommend doing this

eat what ever you want around 3am or morning i wud say and nothin else throughout the day then have a LITTLE food in the evening x
