Has anyone tried the Alli weight loss program? -

I ve read all the information on it, but I m never sure whether or not the testimonials are real. I m looking for feedback from people who have ACTUALLY TRIED IT. Did it work for you? What side effects did you have? Would you recommend it? Thanks!

The formula for losing weight is easy - eat less and workout more often - the issues arise when we really try to put that into operation! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the real world don t you think?! I discovered some good advice by reading the site in the box below, they have plenty of tips, I melted away 7 pounds by following their helpful advice.

I am so sick of the spammers!!!Anyway, no I haven t really tried Alli because I ve always been so paranoid about the treatment effects . I would always try to eat a meal with less than fifteen grams of fat but what if my portion was slightly larger than normal and that one little gram pushed me over and my night was ruined?I still have it laying around here somewhere but I m scared to use it! And no, I don t know anyone who really has used it. The only thing I m using right now is Hydroxycut Max for women. I haven t seen any results yet but this is only day three so that s normal. You can go online to get honest reviews, just type Alli Customer Reviews and you should get some honest ones. You ll know if they re real people because at least one person will have something negative to say about it. Hope I helped!

From what I heard you will go to the toilet a lot.....and not in a good way. Like you have to go right now. Diet and exercise my friend. The Weight Watcher program does work. You get to eat real food. It s about making right better choices and smaller portions.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
