How to lose weight for a thirteen year old teen? -

Two words. One sport. Volleyball!

You shouldn t just not eat, or anything like that, bcuz thats dumb, but instead eat until your 8/10 full, so basiaclly don t eat lyk its thanksgiving. Don t overly stress calorie counting, just eat healthy. get some greens,fruits, lean proteins. as for excercise, run once around your block, then in a week, twice around the block, then make it your goal to be able to run around the block 3 times without stopping. 3 times around the block is roughly 1.5 miles. have fun with it, just stretch too. make sure you don t pull anything!!! I mean the most difficult thing about losing weight is starting, and not giving up. !

Change your diet, eat more alkaline foods, some exercise and refrain eating junk foods.You should eat to live not living to eatbuy some product that help to lose weight and drink plenty of water because when you are on diet a lot of toxins are released to the blood stream, if you don t drink water all that toxin will be accumulated some place of your body and serious illness will happen to you in the future

If you live an active life style, like you on a sports team or something then a 900 cal a day diet or less would greatly help and take a one a day weight smart pill. this is not a diet pill it just increases your metabolism and gives u vitamins.But if u live a inactive lifesyle, then a low carb diet of 20 carbs a day or less will help.No matter what u do eat healthy everyday of the week except give ur self one cheat day a weak. this will help!!!

not to worry about it...your gonna gain more weight, but you ll think out...it s exactly what i did and it s exactly what my nephew did (not blood reltated)...he used to be the chubbiest thing you ve ever seen...and now he s like a freakin rockstar hottie....mann sometimes i wish we wernt related...he s a year older than me...lolanywho, just dont worry, you ll thin out as you get older

Try eating less food; always go a little bit hungry. And exercise, exercise, exercise. Get plenty of exercise that will burn up calories and get your body moving. Get checked by a doctor before beginning any strenuous exercise regimen

Eat healthy, I am fourteen and I tried running and it wasn t for me.. I am only 100 pounds but not a skilled runner.. Just eat your vegetables and replace those potato chips with an apple or some other healthy treat.

make sure u eat healthy...im 13 to from michigan...i eat so many french fries!! but im like 89 pounds..and saty active..lol..where r u from??

participate in PE and dont eat french fries/pizza with soda for lunch
