I dont know how to lose weight? -

I am a girl, 5 9 and about 160 lbs. I want to lose 20 lbs as soon as possible. Or at least get rid of my love handles, flabby thighs, stomach, etc. The problem is I already do a lot of things that diet tips say to: I am in field hockey so I get plenty of exercise every day (We have a 2 hour practice every day, plus I bike to school). I don t drink soda or really any drinks with calories but I do drink plenty of water. I try to eat whole grains, fruits and veggies, etc. I can t eat less because I need to have enough energy for field hockey. Please help me!

Sorry but the only tried, tested and true way on losing weight is to reduce your calories (aka eating less), you have no option really. While exercise is important, diet is #1 when it comes to losing/gaining weight, it is 50% of the problem and cannot be ignored. Yes it is true that you will need energy to play hockey, but did you know that as you lose weight you will require less energy to maintain the same level of play as you did when you weighed more? So eating less does not necessarily mean that you won t have energy in the long term.

I tried many different program to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing program. It works amazing and I lost my weight easy after I got right program. I lost 8 pounds in one month and it was so easy. If you are very serious and really want to lose weight you should have a look. You can find information at http://bit.ly/sefw17

I have found that eating bread causes me to gain weight even though I m eating a healthy diet. A friend of mine gave me a diet that she lost over 70 pounds in just under a year. It s a simple diet of fruits, vegetables and protein. I find I m not craving sugar or salt either.

omg i know EXACTLY what you mean!!! okay so, since you are already doing all of the stuff people often assume you re not, there may be an underlying problem! ask your doctor about it and visit an endocrinologist (they specialize in stuff like this). it might not even be your fault it could be something else. its worth looking into! :)
