I need help . how to lose weight? 10 points for best answer i see fit? -

i m 5 0. i weigh around 46kg-47kg. i want to be thinner. maybe around 43 kg? flat abs. slimmmm thighs. but all has to be done in 2months..seriousl 2months! i need sculpted arms. how??

1.don t drink alcohol2. dont eat after 7 3.dont eat things like chocolate or cake but if you feel like having a chocolate bar have a small one this is because later on you might have a lot.4.cut down on the amount of food you eat a day but you should still be eating around 1500-1800 calories a day.5. don t eat anything your body does not need 6. if you are full don t eat any more.7.go for a long jog each day8. eat more healthy9. dont use these tablet things because when you stop using them you are going to gain the weigt 10. Excercise alot11. tell your self you are not on a diet because once you say you are going on a diet you will eat lots of bad thingsi hope this has helped good luck

Do not do a yo-yo diet thing, they don t work. Better and healthy er eating and 4 to 5 days a week of exercise. Loose 5 to 10 lbs just by loosing the sugar from your diet. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Salads with olive oil and white vinegar for dressing. Conventional dressing will be counter productive because of the bad fats. Exercise like walking more. Bicycle or swim more. all are good all around calorie burners. Yes count collieries is a good method.
