I want to lose weight, fast. i want to exercise but living in northern NJ its just too cold to go outside.? -

im in highschool and i have so much going on its hard to always hit the gym too. i want to take a good diet pill but not sure what one will be officiant and healthy. bottom line is. i need help finding a good way to lose a lot of weight as soon as possible.

Fast weight loss is really not ideal. Unfortunately the biggest loser has given us this unreal concept that if we dont lose 4, 6 or 10 kilos a week (9,13 or 22 pounds a week) then we have failed. It should be a slow process 1-2 kilos (2.2-4.4 pounds) a week. Thats a healthy weight loss.Not sure if diet pills are the answer. so you really need to watch your input (what you eat) exercise is essential so anything where you can run up and down stairs inside, or even step ups, skipping, burpees (pushup position to crouch position to jump to crouch to pushup...repeat) any activity that will be physically demanding that you can do without going into the cold
