How can i lose weight in less than a month ? -

well i would like to lose weight fast because summer is comming and breally want to look good with my body so can someone tell me how to lose weight fast i oready try stuff but they are not working of i m not that fat but yea i m i m been honest so i like to run and i due exersice everyday but i eat everyday too and i try to not eat but i can t becasue i say i m noty eating today and i just don t due it becasue i still eat socan sopmeone tell me how can o lose weight and how due i due so don t eat that mutch please someone help me!!!

try to excersiise... and drink 6 cups of water everyday- 2 in the morning- 2 in the afternoon- 2 at night.when u drink your last cup of water at night DONT drink or eat ANYTHING else!!!!!hope it works! =]
