Keep eating well, Drink water and go to the gym. If you want weight loss fast maybe closer to 5 times a week, focus on CV (Fitness) 3 times and weights the other two. For added motivation take a picture of your body every day and see how it changes over say a month
You could try the meal replacement bars and shakes from Atkins or Kelloggs. Some of them taste pretty good and it has vitamins and controls your hunger. I eat these meal replacement for breakfast and dinner but i always eat lunch and i lost about 4lbs in a week.
just work out, i took p.e. this year and lost 20 pounds by just playing sports and really no diet
drink more water and eat healthy fruits and veg that helps!
