Ok, there s a quirky little diet that I went on a few months back. It s called the 3-day diet. It took a lot of self discipline, but I did lose 10 pounds in three days! I m serious!!! So, you go ON it for three days; OFF it for the next four days; then back to the three days and continue to rotate, according to how much weight you want to lose.If you re interested, I ll post it for you.
i once lost 5kg in 3wks- skip carbohydrates (rice/noodle/bread/starch/potato) during dinner.- jog the following morning you skipped carboh in dinner, until at least sweaty and panting.- control carboh intake during breakfast and/or lunch.repeat everyday.make sure u get plenty of water in ur system too.
drink a glass of water with lemon juice every morning, put baby oil or lotion on your stomach and then wrap it with seram wrap and then walk jog or do chores anything that will make you sweat. eat vegetables, fruits, lean food. just by not drinking carbonayted drinks you can loose some weight.
I think the Atkins diet is the best for quick weight loss. I used it to fit into dress for wedding last year.

Limit you calorie/fat intake exercise, exercise, exercise. Drink plenty of water!
