No not overallIts makes you sweat. thats all....which will drop your weight but its only water weight. So it will come back with the next glass of water you drink.Good luck
It helps you lose water weight but as soon as you drink water it essentially comes right back on.
Hmm, a trash bag? I don t know about that one...but I know some wrestlers who work out in layers and layers of clothes to sweat and cut weight at the last minute if they have to. So, maybe it s not so crazy.
