I weigh 140 pounds can you guys give me advice how to lose weight?Atleast drop 2 pounds a week?thanks!? -

i eat chile pepper with my regular diet. No fast food, just meat and little bread. Followed by some salad and eggs.Alot of water, and excercise after i eat.
