Need to lose weight fast before I blow? -

OK I m not really going to blow, but I need to lose 10lbs asap. I have put on 10-15lbs winter weight and now have quit smoking. This means I am putting more weight on. I need a easy quick diet to follow. I have begun to exercise and have already cut back on food. I need a jump start that wont leave me hungry, please help :)
