I want to lose weight fast? -

any tips? i d like to lose 10-20-30 pounds in two months or less. maybe 10 pounds in under a month? if not possible just anything will work. PLEASE HELP?

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. That means a healthy LEAN diet and exercise, exercise, exercise.Realistically, losing 20-30 pounds in two months is quite dangerous. Losing ten pounds in 2 months is pushing it. You need to face facts - you ve waited a bit too late too get healthy in your time frame.Sorry, but there are no quick fixes.

Lots of cardio! Run every night, and eat lot of fruits, boiled eggs and plain chicken salads. Also eat 5 small meals during the day instead of 3 big ones. Good luck!

The easiest way is to stick to a diet program like Jenny Craig or weight Watchers, because it is simple and already prepared. Just add some exercises or 3 walks a week to it and you are on your way.

Bulimia? Anorexia?Bad choices.

A vegetarian diet would help.

drink a ton of water and do a lot of cardio like running, biking, sports, etc. no fast food or junk food!!!
