What can I do to lose weight fast!? -

Without buying anything. I am 15. I have 3lb weights to use (#lb is a lot for me). I weight 139. I dont want medicines. I want exercises I can do at home. What kinds of food should I eat? (I eat all junk right now) I would like to loose some weight in about 2 weeks before school. Help?!?

First of all, make sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day- you will be sick of water...but you will be surprised how much weight you lose and how much more full you feel. LAY OFF THE JUNK FOOD- do just fruits and vegetables during the day and then a normal dinner...just making those changes should make a difference. Good luck!

Laying off sugar doesn t mean digging for sugar-free items such as pink/blue sugar strips. There are lots of natural sweeteners such as honey, agave nectar, brown rice syrup, etc.

You didn t say how tall you are but 139 lbs doesn t sound that bad. You probably could just do some toning and you d look great.Do 30 minutes of cardio a day, 5 days a week. This could be taking a brisk walk or jogging. Do weight training 3 days a week as well.As for the food, you need to eat some potein at every meal as that is what keeps you from getting hungry. Could be peanut butter on toast in the morning, a tuna sandwich for lunch and chicken for dinner. Besides this eats lots of fruits and veggies--can t get too many of them in your diet. You should also drink at least a glass of milk a day and another dairy product as well such as cheese or yogurt.
