How to lose weight FAST? -

how can i lose about 15-20 pounds FASt, but keep it off, like ive done diets where all i loss was water weight. and please i dont want general answers i want like a real detail like workout plan and dieting(keep in mind i need foods that taste good so its prob. not health but if theres some health food that VERY filling, lol) thanks.

I don t think that there are any 20lb quick fixes. The only way I have EVER lost that much weight was in labor and delivery giving birth to my children. You really need patience in this. why don t you look at DETOX diets? not for drugs but for the things that are already in your body, pesticides from foods and that will help you also look up fasting in a heathy way...good luck I am not an expert

I believe the best, quickest diet to go on is a low carb diet. Wipe out carbs and I hope you will start seeing results in 2 weeks or less. Many people say low carb diets are unhealthy. It can take a few weeks for your body to get used to this. A good way to speed up the process is to be active, like riding a bike. I would not believe you if you told me you cannot think of your own workout plan. I know you can come up with something if you think about it. Join a gym and talk to the owner, they are always up for giving some advise.
