Have you tried Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program? -

Has Jenny Craig worked for anyone out there? I want to hear some personal testimonies of people who have done the program - Both good and bad reviews, please!!

I have had success with Jenny Craig. The basics of this program are that your meals are planned for the day and the calories are already counted for you. (my days consist of eating 1200 calories) I first went on the program in 1995 and lost 25 pounds in a little less than 6 months. This weight loss was all I needed to be at my ideal weight. I didn t do much strenuous exercise, I took a mile or two walk about 4 or 5 times per week. Since my first round of Jenny Craig in 1995, I gained about 10 pounds a couple times... Whenever I d see myself gaining a little weight like that, I put myself back on the program to lose those 10 lbs. I learned how to eat better by being on Jenny Craig and learned portion control. BUT, it s easier for me to just go back on the plan and eat Jenny Craig entrees for a few months to easily lose 10 lbs. if I happened to have a few bad months of NOT eating properly. With Jenny Craig, it s sort of like having a nutritionist or a personal chef planning your meals for you. Of course, the goal of Jenny Craig is to slowly ween you off of their food and teach you how to prepare your own meals with the proper balance of fat, protein, starches etc and they DO teach you this. I just find its easier to jump back on the program for an easy way to lose 10 pounds. Since my original weight loss of 25 lbs., I haven t gained more than 10 back... and that 10 lb. weight gain is MY fault for eating fast food too much or snacking too much. I truly learned how to eat properly by doing Jenny Craig, I just don t always follow the rules... when I fall off the healthy eating wagon for a few months, Jenny Craig is my savior to get myself back on track. =) Bottom line is to eat less / move more. Jenny Craig can help you accomplish that in a very organized way, but for continued success and a healthy weight you need to learn portion control, proper food choices and get some exercises. Good Luck!

Don t spend money on it please. If you wan t weight loss help I can help you through email, phone or yahoo, just don t waste money. The simplest way to tell you how to lose weight is this.90% Diet, 10% Exercise.Starts and ends in your kitchen.Eat around 1400 calories/day.And if you are willing to exercise, it will speed up the process.Run/jog 4 times a week, and that will be enough.Run a mile that s it, it will take you anywhere from 6-11 minutes, depending on speed. So the 1400 calories, those should not include these foods:Bread (High Calorie breads)Pasta, Rice....Cheese and dairy... high calories and fatty..Sugary, Buttery, Sweet, Oily, Fried... all this is what is making you gain weight...Don t eat eggs for breakfast, high calorie and fatty...The best foods to eat for weight loss are..Turkey, Roast Beef, Tuna, Condiments in sandwiches like, lettuce, mustard, onions, pickles tomatoes...Air popped popcorn is good... and baby carrots are great...Please, you will need the money for groceries, forget jenny craig, I have lost 70 lbs, and I can help you, feel free to email me, I can help you with the diet and exercise, diet is the main part, you don t need to exercise...Starts and ends in your kitchen.Jad, 19, Male.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
