How can I lose weight quickly? -

I want to lose weight quickly, like, two weeks or a month. I don t want to buy anything, like pills or whatever.Any ideas??

Exercise and eat less. What food you do eat should be low in fat. It s not rocket science. I suggest a diet rich in fish and vegetables. I have been pretty much living on salmon and broccoli with steak a couple of times a week. I m healthy and not at all overweight. I run around all day but that s part of my job. Diets and drugs don t work. Healthy eating and activity are the key to a healthy body. Look at Jack LaLane.

Burn more calories and eat way less. Do cardio work like running up and down steps, fast walking, cycling, dancing... anything that gets your heart pumping. Avoid sugar, grease and fat. Eat lots of veggies, drink only water or skim milk, chew sugarless gum when you want to snack.
