How do you lose weight quickly? -

It s not a joke. Sealing your lips and doing things,getting distracted

lay off the junk food and eat veggies and fruits and drink plenty of water

It depends...if your a 18+ year old...what you need to do is take a run to Henry s or Wild Oats Market, and buy some tastey foods. Im not saying dont eat anything bad ever...but limit your McCrappy trips. Next, I know most people say do excersise vigourusly (sp) but all you need to do, is about 10-15 situps, some in place running, just to get your heart rate up etc. You should notice a dramatic weight drop in the first week, but after than it will be a little more slow depending on diet and excersise. If you are younger than 18...just get lots of excersise and eat what your Mom/Dad cooks and if they dont cook and buy fast food all the time, tell em you dont want that anymore! :-)

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don t over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!Don t look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I have found that eating 4-6 small meals a day caused me to lose 3 pounds by the end of the week! I couldn t believe it. I heard about it on a talk show and just thought I d try it just to see what would happen. Well sure enough I weighed myself and said, No way! This can t be! It really does work! Just eating plain and simple for example: In the morning, eat a half of bagel, eat an egg around 10am, eat a vegetable with butter around 1pm, eat tuna or chicken around 4pm and a small dinner around 7pm. Just eat one of something. You don t have to be fancy about it. You ll be shocked with the results and if you do add exercise with it, I d imagine the results may be even faster!I was reading today about WHY eating 5 or 6 small meals a day causes weight loss and it said that when people eat 2 -3 times a day, this makes your body slip into a starvation mode and it stores up the calories causing weight gain. But eating more often in small amounts causes the body to let go of these calories because it knows it s going to get nutrition again soon so it has no need to absorb the calories.Isn t that cool! I lost about 12 pounds so far by the way!

This may be contrdictory to the current media,but I used the low carb/no caffine diet and lost 70lbs in six months. Just simply eat beef, chicken, poultry, fish and small amounts of leafy green vegtables 5 or 6 times a day. You can also eat ranch dressing and mayo but not the light or fat free kind. And stay away from caffine while your doing this diet because it will make you crash and lose energy. Normally your body uses carbs as energy when those run out it uses fat. So if there are no carbs t burn your body goes strait for the fat. After you lose all the weight you want you can go back to eating carbs just keep your portions low to keep the weight off for good. Remember to try to exercise 30min to an hour a day if possible. Resistance training seems to work best for boosting fat burning. Good Luck !
