How do I lose weight fast? I am a smoker and need help? -

I am a smoker. I have a ton of belly fat. I weigh about 160 would like to be around 115 as soon as I can. What s the best way to lose weight. I would like to excerise but am scared about the extra activites combined with my smoking habit on my heart and body. please help.
