How do i lose weight fast? -

I m going on spring break in a little under two weeks and i want to drop some weight before. i am about 5 6 and weight around 150 lbs. i work out on a daily bases, running and i play volleyball. most of my weight is in the muscles in my legs, but i am uncomfortable with my stomach and can t seem to get rid of it with my workout routine. do you have any ideas to drop some weight in a short period of time? or how to lose some stomach fat?

You need to do some exercises that mainly work your abdominal area, ones which will not only lose the fat but tone the muscles as well. Try researching some. Also eating healthy will help you lose weight generally, if you don already. As for losing in a short period of time, when it comes to losing weight their is no quick fix solution unfortunately, not if you re are going about it the right way anyway. You just have to keep going with it until you see the results you want, don t expect miracles in a week or two, you re going to have to work at it...I d give it at least 6 weeks before you get the sorts of results you re looking for.Hope this helps and good luck! =)Jay x

do a detox...eat only green veggies (one per day..ex: Monday celery, Tuesday broccoli)...get yourself a meal replacement shake, (you can have 3 or 4 of these per day) I use Ultra Clear Plus (can find it online, but I go through a nutritionist) drink tons of water...NOTHING ELSE or it will screw it up!! You are basically losing water weight and lowering calories...That entire week you need to totally commit to that diet or you won t see good results...probably expect to lose between 5-10 pounds on this...basically cleans out your system...good luck!! Oh, and keep exercising..at least 40 minutes a day.~edit..you can lose more...my good friend lost 31 pounds the 1st week, but he was majorly overweight...I am at 140 and going to start it on Saturday, and my nutritionist thinks I ll lose around 10~

I am trying to lose weight as well and so far I have lost almost 45 pounds in 2 months. Just keep your calories down and try an upbeat weight loss video. Billy Blanks has amazing workout videos. And one more thing: Always remember this saying whenever you want to eat somthing bad--- Once through my lips; forever on my hips You can do whatever you set your mind to. GOOD LUCK. : - )

Go to a gym and literally live there for a day or 2. Eat energy bars, drink plenty of water and just work on the treadmills, exercise bikes and weights. Have breaks but whilst working really go for it.Also, keep doing volleyball and running (if you have enough energy, LOL).

Make sure that you eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner to keep your metabolism going! Have some little snacks in between! You should probably eat the most in breakfast so that you won t eat so much afterwards. Drink more water and eat less bread! Just keep on being active!Good Luck!

Two days before, dont eat and do some major cardio. Eg go for a really hard bike ride, like all day. Then drink LOTS of water. It will get rid of all your excess water and you will be slimmer. Belly fat is caused by toxins so do a detox asap.

Sacred Heart Medical DietThis 7-day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed, it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. After only 7 days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds and possibly 17 pounds, and experience an abundance of energy. SOUP: 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes 3 plus large green onions 1 large can of beef broth (no fat) 1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle) 1 bunch of celery 2 cans green beans 2 lbs.
