How do i lose weight off belly fat fast??????????? -

i need 2 lose weight FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Do cardio to burn fat all over your body since you can t spot reduce fat just in your stomach area. I highly recommend running (try the couch to 5K plan on coolrunning.com).2. Do a variety of ab exercises like crunches, side plank, and pilates to strengthen the muscles under the fat. I ve heard it s better to do these every other day as opposed to every day since you build muscle mass during recovery.3. Do other strength exercises throughout the body (again, every other day) to build overall muscle mass and increase metabolism so you burn more calories at rest.4. Eat between 1200-1500 calories per day, including a balance of protein, fruits veggies, whole grains, and healthy fat (from fish/nuts/avacado, etc instead of saturated fat).5. Eat at least 25g of fiber, which will reduce bloating and cause you to lose inches in the lower stomach area.6. Drink at least 8 cups (64 oz) of water every day to help with #5 and also to reduce water weight. This also helps your organs function properly in order to burn fat.7.
