I need to lose weight fast without a diet pill or diet stuff!!!? -

i need to lose weight fast! i don t want to do jenny cregg, pink patch, weight watchers or anything like that!!!! i need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks! please! i don t care if i need to starve myself! please please help!

OJ first thing, run 3 miles. high protein breakfast. after a light lunch, work out again with weights when you get home, rest your legs. drink lots of water. chicken breast for dinner. water for dessert. day two, repeat.the cardio right after you wake up will set your body s metabolism, the muscles from the weights will consume fat, too.
