How can I lose weight fast?!?!? -

I m 12 years old, 5 4, and 140 pounds. I wanna lose weight like super fast. Like 20 pounds in 2 weeks. It sounds hard, but any tips.

Your only 12, you need to concentrate on growing. But if you really want to, dont eat anything and do lots of exercises xx =P

It sounds hard, but any tips. No, honey, it s not hard. It s impossible.You can t gain 20lbs in 2 weeks, so what makes you think you ll lose it? There s no magic that occurs in your body to make fat suddenly appear and disappear. It all takes time. Also, remember that the faster you lose it, the faster you GAIN IT ALL BACK. That sounds fun, torture your body for two weeks only to see that all your efforts were for nothing. You need to stop eating all that junk food and actually get off the couch and do some exercise several times a week. There s nothing more to it.

Eat high protein, high vegetable meals only. When you are younger than 17 or 18, you re body is still losing baby fat so you will automatically lose some weight as you get older. you re 12!!!!my gosh what is the world coming to these days ... if you loose weight too quickly you get the thin silver lines that show everyone what you have done, i wouldn t advise it. also from a medical standpoint it s not that healthy either .... you re going to cause more porblems than you fix. also learn to love yourself!

Cycling is the best, you can either go as fast as you can or for as long as you can. Don t limit yourself to 2 weeks as losing weight should be a reasonably gradual process. Remember to eat healthy.

Eat a healthy meal (you NEED to eat, or else when you do get hungry, you re going to eat like a monster), and exercise about an hour a day.

get out with your friends more, eat less and workout .. maybe go for a jog every mourning ... lol thats what i tell myself but i dont do it :P
