How do i lose weight fast in one month so i can fit into a bikini ? -

i have lost five pound but its really hard to loose more weight i want to loose at least 20 pounds by the end of summer can someone tell me a way TO LOOSE THIS WEIGHT

If you ve watched biggest loser, you d know that it is harder for women to loose pounds than it is for men, they loose it like butter, unlike women. The best advice that anyone can give you is exercise and get on a healthy diet. Eat the recommended amount of food each day, don t overdue it! Also when you exercise, ride a bike, walk, jog, or swim. You should also get some core exercise in, like abs, push-ups, etc.. After you focus on your eating habits and getting your exercise in, your good for bikini season : )

Honestly, i can give you the healthy ways, and the unhealthy ways. Try ONLY eatinyg healthy foods. Its really hard. You have to have alot of control. Try running/walking at leaste a hour a day while only eating healthy foods and drinking lots of water. Those are just the most common and most heard ways, everyone is going to tell you. Kay now for what i am VERY, guilty of. fasting. I know, people say its unhealthy. Honestly, if you do it right, you can keep the weight off. Heres how.This needs will power. 1. Eat, something very very small in the morning. 2. Drink water when you are hungry, drink a lot of water. 3. Do this for 5 days. you will feel tired around the third day and may have a headach and after the first day you will not crave food.4. When you finish around the 5th day you will be very energetic again. 5. When you start to eat, eat SMALL portions of food not alot at a time, and you will not gain the weight back, BUT you will have to excersize for the first 2 days after you start eating again. 6. Eat for the next week. And eat the week after that if you want, then repeate this cycle, dont worry you wont become anorexic if you only do it for one week, you will be fine. Hope this helped (:

you should do like 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups every night before you go to bed. it really works i tried it and i look great even tho i am skinny but i was getting a belly and i didn t like it so i did that and i look awesome

Well people say go on a diet and skip meals.That s the worst advice possible.Because skipping meals leads to overeating later on.So what you want to do is eat a well balanced meal and get some exercise.

drink a lot of water.try to drink a glass of water before you eat.run EVERYDAY.don t eat a lot of white things.bread, rice, ect.just cut down on things you eat.

Laxatives and Water Diet

eat really healthy, but good.and go to the gym or workout 3-4 times a week.

eat vegetables, swim for an hour then walk for an hour everyday..... worked for me
