How to lose weight fast? -

I m 13 and I am 5 0.I weight about 143 .I want to lose weight fast!!Don t say don t worry about it, your grow or anything like that. Please and Thank You 3

smoothies are really good, and dancing is really good because not many people like to exercise but a lot loves to dance. Dancing is a form of exercise. I don t know if you like to run but you could power walk, that worked for me when I was trying to lose weight. Also watch what you eat, Make sure you eat a balanced healthy meal. DO NOT stop eating, many people would stop eating but what a lot of people don t know is that the body would still get bigger because it would become malnourished and you DO NOT WANT THAT. The most important this is to stay healthy. So try to drink fruit smoothies because they are healthy and try avoiding soda s. STAY HEALTHY just change the diet a little and and exercise a little more. go for long walks if that would help. I hope this helps some :-)
