Losing Weight quickly? -

Hey Everyone,I m trying to lose about 10 lbs and seem to be having a hard time. Especially in my lower stomach area.I want to lose the weight quickly but, in a healthy manner. I d also like to try and tone. My only problem is that I have bad knees from an old athletic injury. I dislocated one patila. So running is kind of out of the question because my knees can t take it.Any suggestions? Anyone have a great workout routine that s helped them shed the weight quickly? Any help would be very much appreciated. THANKS!

think of what s still in your diet that you can change too. I do a really intense strength training exercise routine each morning that is not cardio at all..... I get if off the tv - freezone exercise tv..... I ve also stopped any liquid besides coffee with 1% milk and water - that s it. breakfast usually is some grapes, and water.... this has made a huge difference in my weight, I just lost 10+ lbs in a really short time. I m going to beable to keep if off too because I haven t done anything that I can t stick to! good luck! ?
