Can anyone give me ideas on how to lose weight fast?! diet and excersize plans?!? -

i m 19 and 120lbs (i m 5 5 tall). and i want to get to 110 lbs. i can t get to a gym cuz i have no car but i have a tredmill at home. i go to school monday-thru until 12:15 and then i work 2 to 9:30. at my job i walk constantly around the store helping customers...but i work friday and saturday too. so how am i supposed to excersize and what should i eat?

Honestly, for your height and age you really don t want to weigh much less than you do. If you re unhappy with how you look maybe you should focus on toning up your muscles, Run 1 or 2 times a week, then spend 3 or 4 days working with light weights. You said you can t get to the gym, maybe you can buy some light weight dumbbells and a workout book for home.
