How can a teen lose weight fast without having to hurt themselfs? -

Ignore that sofaking person (perosn who gave you your first answer) ignore her. You said you wanted to lose weght fast and she s talking about 304 months lol.First of all remember when you would eat 3 servings a day? well dont. You should eat 5 healthy small servings a day alright? Followin me? Do not drink and soda unless its diet or lemonade. If you want ed eat fast foods then eat Subway (Commercial tells the truth). For your exercize ou only need atleast 30mins-60. Thats all you need to know. If you keep this up in a week or 2 you should be able to loost atleast 8 pounds. (I lost 15 in 3)It also depends on what you mean by FAST.Well hope i helped aright? Peace.

for me,have a good diet.mean that u have a balance diet.check with the pyramid food chart.

ok this information that i will b giving u is very important because i use to weight 180 at the age of 11 n i wasnt very tall.... now im 17 at 5 7 n i weight 130 pounds...thats very healthy... now this is how i lost all that weight.... it will take u about 3 to 4 months but remmember if u put ur mind to it u can really do it... ok in the morning eat ONLY a bannana with half a cup of 2% milk between 8 n 12 o clock...it depends at wat time u wake up...in the afternoon between1 n 3 o clock eat a regular lunch... when i say regular i mean anything ur mom makes as long as its nothing fattening..eat a lunch that contains no oil or fried in it...its is best to eat meat during lunch time... do not eat hamburgers fries or n e thing from FAST FOOD PLACES... if u want something to go eat something healthy at SUBWAY... the best place to eat when on a diet n want to eat a quick LUNCH not DINNER..if u get hungrey later on between 3 to 7 eat a salad... do not eat after 7 because thats how u gain massive weight trust me.... if u get hungrey between meals eat FRUITS or VEGTABLES...thats it nothing else as snacks.... drink lots of water because water helps u lose the fat because u pee it out... i would say try to fit in 8 glasses of water A DAY....try to excersize... walk around the block every day or if u have stairs go up n down lyk 10 times a day...n e typ of excerisize is good even if it is small... when u first go on this diet u must b determined to do it.... NO SUGAR AT ALL..... when u eat sugar n the sugar reaches u body it turns into FAT....so no sugar lyk candy cookis.... I NO IT WILL B HARD BUT TRUST ME U WILL LOVE THE RESULTS... ok somethings that u most avoid but can eat are milk, bread..ect... what i mean is that when u drink milk get the 2 or 1 % milk NEVER THE WHOLE.... the whole is very fattening...the bread u can eat but NEVER EAT WHITE.... buy wheat....when ever u but a drink lyk orange juice or minite maid ALWAYZ go for the FAT FREE or LOW CARB.....another thing i will go into is the calories ... count ur calorie intake because that helped me when i was in or on a diet.... do not EXCEED more than 2,000 calories... if u go over board or 50 or 75 calories thats ok....but if u intake 2,000 calories a day for a month u will c a drastic change.... remmember 3,500 equal to a pound but if u are not on a diet u can only intake about 2,200 calories a day... but try to intake 2,000 for a diet... do not count the calorie intake of fruits or veggies on ly ur salad n drink and lunch meal... if u follow this u will have great results....remmember be DETERMINED...i would love for u to lose weight because i lost weight when i thought i couldnt... o 1 more thing... sleep for no more than 8 to 9 hours a day because if u exceed that u will gain major weight... sorry if i gave u too much info lol good luck n remmember it worked on me

well its not healthy to lose weight fast nyway. a healthy rate is if u eat really healthily, just fruit n vegetables, mostly raw, and the vitamins u need, n just do lots of exercise. dont overdo it n get ill though.

EAT LOTS OF VEGTABLES AND not a llot of fats and definetly stay away from any fast food dont eat after 12 and exercise by atleast running every dauy

Eat your dog.

do not eat fast food

3 hour diet worked for me....it s by jorge cruise

right after you eat, insert the pointer finger down your throat until you feel kinda weird. when this happens, bent over a railing or a toilet and make puking movements until it all starts coming out. drink lots of water.lol. just kidding. dont do it. sounds like the first person knows what shes talking about.

Listen to sofa king. she knows her sh*t. fortunately, ive never been fat, but i always eat healthy just in case

exercise, eat lots of friut/ veggies, and grilled fish/chicken. eat low-fat dairy whole grains ( no potatoes, white bread, pasta, sugar) drink plenty of water. Take a multi-vitamin for kids and get plenty of rest. good luck!

Eat less and healthier; exercise regularly.

exercise and eat properly

Hi thereYou can definitely lose weight at a decent speed by - maintaining 1000 calories per day- trying more salads and veggies and less carbs (but dont avoid them altogether)- exercising for about an hour every day

I am amazed at all these questions about losing weight by teenage girls. The advertisers of the world have taken over. They have ingrained the idea you all should look like Amanda Bynes ! YOU ARE TEENAGERS, still growing. Don t eat junk food, candy, malts, etc. Just eat right, have fruit for breakfast, snacks, etc.Ten years from now, trust me, and if she has a baby or two, she won t be skinny. Anyone notice Brittany Spears lately?

its hard to loose weight FAST while still being healthy. (it may take a few weeks or more before you start to notice) you should exrecise regularly..try trying out for a sport at your school. and you should also eat healthier items with leass fat/carb/sugar content, so for example instead of having whole milk try skim or 1%. instead of having like bologna or pepperoni or stuff at lunch try low fat ham with low fat manoisse..i swear it tatses as good as the real stuff, also try replacing dessert after dinner or lunch with yogurt or fruit. another thing is (in the summer) relieve an icecream or sugar craving with a fudgicle or popsicle, most have low fat and carbs. just keep working at it, good luck.

try to eat less

listen to sofa king. after reading that, i m going to follow her advice. i m 16 and i weigh 180 i m only 5 foot. been struggling for about 8 yrs with my wieghtmy own advice, don t listen to someone who keeps putting you down, like my stepdad. they re not worth it. don t let them push you to become anerexic or something.

Eat a healthy diet, exercise and don t worry too much about your weight. Losing weight takes time and using diet pills or any other type of chemical or herb that curbs your appetite isn t a good option. Try running or walking every other day and stretch plenty before you do so.Choose snacks that are healthy, like baby carrots, celery or some other vege and fruit that you can snack on between meals. Use wheat bread instead of white bread and try to do most of your carb intake in the morning and at lunch. Stay away from sodas and other drinks with refined sugar. It s better to drink fruit juices like orange juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice or other juices that contain other naturally occuring healthy components (like vitamins etc). Eat smaller portions for dinner and don t eat too late. Don t let self consciousness be a detriment to how you feel about your weight and stick to a healthy diet and exercise plan that you know you can stick too!
