I need to lose weight fast and i want it to be healthy? -

i know loseing a lot of weight isnt healthy but i need to lose it fast

Simple - you can t. Sorry, don t want to rain on your parade but you CANNOT lose weight fast and healthily. If you lose it too fast it is bad for you AND the faster you lose it the more likely you are to just put it back on again. the reason is that your body has certain in-built homeostatic functions that try to maintain statsis. You need to severly over-ride these functions to lose wieght fast. So, when you stop starving yourself (or whatever) your metabolism is so slow that every single morsel just puts on weight. You ll hear it over and over agian because it s true: the best way to lose weight and the only way to keep it off is: small, low-calory, well balanced meals (up to 6 SMALL meals a day) combined with moderate exercise and drink plenty water.Think if a thin guy proposed to pick up as much weight as you want to lose as fast you want to lose it. It d probably kill him, right? Be gentle on yourself, take the long view and think HEALTHY, not thin.

Go to gym. Run as much as you can.

dont eat, what a dumb question. why do you think we get fat? because we eat too much. So not eating will make us skinny. get the picture?

there is no way to lose weight fast and have it be healthy. It took time to put it on and it takes time to take it off.

I lost 4kg in 4 days, and they have a pill, to make all yer oil in your food etc, out when you re poo poo.. no side effect, all the models and actress do it here, its not that ex compare to the liposucktion, and no side effect at all...diet also effective, cut down your crabs, and sugar...
