What are some Really good Ideas to lose weight fast? -

Cut out sugar carbs. Strength train 3 times a week w/ 1 day of interval cardio. Eat 6 meals (3 snacks, 3 full meals) a day. Be sure to consume your require daily calories to prevent yur body going into starvation mode. And committment I recommend the South Beach Diet w/ excerise.

depends on how much over weight you are. it is not healthy to lose weight fast. it didnt go on overnight and wont come off that way easily. cut out anything with high fructose corn syrup. that stuff is evil and in everything. check labels. drink lots of water and walk at least 30-45 min a day at a good clip.the first week you should see at least a 5 lbs weight loss. dont eat 3 full meals but do eat six small ones and try not to eat after 8pm. also, if you drink-lay off the beer. even light beer.

Do not cut out carbs. Every thing in fitness magazines say that carbs fuel weight loss. You should just cut back on carbs mainly with junk food ( soda, candy, etc. ) And all diet pills do is boost your metabolisim enough to burn another 100 or so calories so if you cut back even 1 soda a day you would make up for that. Eat healthy and excercise will always be your best bet.

I honestly think that in order to lose weight, it doesn t happen fast. You need to eat right and exercise daily. That s just my opinion. I don t believe any of those weight loss pills actually work. Believe me, I ve tried most. Just think determiniation.:)
