How can I lose weight fast?!?!?!?!? -

Well do you have ��20 or $40??With that if you go to http://quick-weight-loss.blogspot.com/And click on one of the 2 links... i recommend the first one for quick weight loss... With that one you will lose around 9 lbs every 11 days not bad for quick weight loss but it won t hurt or starve you.

there is no fast way that is healthy for you. if you are losing more than 1-2 lbs a week you are doing it in a unhealthy manner....unless your 400lbs and you drop like 50 in your first week.combine....good diet and excersize

not healthy. I know, i ve done every diet there is....but truthfully, i ve also done most of them as well.1. Fasting works. Lots of water during the fast, and if you can, find a product that will eliminate waste...(find that at gnc) while you do it. 2. there is a product that I used for sometime...it was also fasting but allowed me to cleanse my body at the same time. its called Detox. the website is: www.internalcleansing.comyou can try it but I would seriously suggest you read everything before trying it. You could loose up to 12 lbs in 4 days...(of course thats water and waist weight) this way is one of the healthlier ways to do it quick.

Fast is not the answer, but you can lose a reasonable amount of weight in a good range of time. Drink a lot of water~NO SODA! Eat every 3 hours to prevent binging. Lay off the sweets and bring on the fruits and veggies...also...EXCERCISE!

Eat healthy + exercise, it s all you can do. You could go on a diet where you just drink certain drinks, but as soon as you stop the weight will come back on. Don t use pills, they usually have unhealthy side-effects.
