How do i lose weight fast?!? -

okay im 14 and weugh 98 pounds.. im 5 feet and u might think its skinny but i sure dont look it.. i HATE my thighs and i hate my body! how can i lose weight fast? and what should i eat for lunch, dinner, breakfast?

You can t lose weight fast because you are already at a good weight for your height. If anything, you are a little underweight.

I would just do some dips, sit ups, or jogging on the tread mill(make sure you stretch 15 to 20 minutes everyday b4 you do it. You probaly havnt worked out in your life which is very hard to get adjusted to so dont except great results your first week or two. Everything takes time. Oh yeah to eat for breakfeast you should just eat some fruit and water, and for lunch and sandwich and some water, and fruit. For dinner you should have some type of salad with water and some main meal like meat, or energy something. Penuts also contain good energy so just mix it up so you acuatly enjoy eating healthy.
