How do you lose weight fast? -

i bet every one asks this question, but i still want to know!:D

stop eating and work out during all your free time (hope you re still alive after this though)

You don t; simple as that. If you re really committed to losing weight, then you have to make a plan (preferably with the help of a doctor) and stick to it for a while. That can include diet, excercise, and drastic lifestyle changes. I know that it s not easy, but believe me, from personal experience I can tell you that it s worth it.

work out (at least 20 min of cardio a day).try to eat 5 small healthy meals a day. (3-4 hours apart).don t drink calories (no sodas, fruity drinks, alcohol,etc..)drink at least 64 ounces of water day.staying hydrated helps your body burn more calories.get at least 8 hrs of sleep a day.i started doing this and in only five days i have a flat stomach.and try doing 100 crunches before going to bed.

I was told to eat cabbage soup once a day and lose 5 lbs.

same thing i want to know..???
