I need a quick way to lose weight FAST!? -

I need a way to lose weight fast. Im not anorexic or something i have just got to go to a prom in 3 weeks and i can t fit into a beautiful dress. Please don t say have a normal diet thanks.

honestly im not going to list you out a plan for each day, but i will give you some meal plans that could help you alot. first off, DO NOT eat refined carbs (white breads, sugar products, etc) at all. eat whole wheat products and fruits for carbs (and skim milk). in the morning, i would start off by having a bowl of plain oatmeal. i know it might be not too appetizing, but youve got to look beautiful in that dress. second off, you should eat around 5-6 small meals per day. your second and 4th meals (between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner) should only consist of fruit (apples are fantastic, bananas, blueberries, etc all good) and nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanut butter) about 1 oz of nuts or 1 tbsp of peanut butter. i know that nuts contain a lot of fat, b ut this is good fat that is not only essential for life, but it will help you burn fat. try to also eat protein rich foods (and maybe even a protein power) lunch could be a turkey sandwich on a small pita (whole wheat) to a spinach salad with canned tuna on it and light vinnagrette dressing (.5 tsp balsamic vinegar to 1tsp olive/canola oil). dinner should be veggies (broccoli, carrots, string beans, spinach, etc) steamed or in the oven (avoid fried) and also a piece of protein (very lean red meat, chicken breast, or fish (salmon, talapia, halibut, etc.) with dinner you could also throw in some whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, lentils, etc.)now you could switch it up each week but try not to deviate from these rules because you will see results with these tips. i know that everything might not taste as good as you would have hoped, but hey, you gotta do what you gotta to to get the weight off. i have lost about 60lbs myself in about 15 weeks so i think you can do it. if you need more help you can just do some research on the internet or at bodybuilding.com good luck
