What could i do that would make me lose weight fast? -

I am 17 years old and i am looking to lose 20 pounds before school starts. If there any easy way i can lose 20 pounds before school starts?

stop eating and exercise.

Take 6 meals in aday but in a small portion.Example:7-8am Egg, low fat milk / yogurt, banana10am an apple12-1pm Fish/chicken/turkey, cup of vegetables, cup of grapes15-16pm a bowl of fruits18-19pm fish/chicken/turkey, cup of vegetables, pear20-21pm a cup of pineapples2. Do more activities or exercise. Jogging in the morning, or walk your dog, even rope jumping at home can help you to burn the calories.
