Does anyone know the best way to lose weight fast and not hurt myself? -

I have found that the Hoodia works really well in addition to exercise and a balanced diet. Hoodia is a plant from Africa. It comes in a pill form and you can find it at your local health store, there are also alot of ads in magazines to order from. I know several people who have lost quite a bit of weight while taking it.

hi, this is my suggestion.. do a 1500-1600 calorie plan, with 3 meals and 2 snacks. example1cup oatmeal 1apple, or fruit snack: string cheese, a 100 calorie snack..lunch: Tuna on WW.. OF WALKING OR LOW IMPACT AEROBICS.. tHEN WHEN YOU GET STRONGER, DO 30 MIN WEIGHT TRAINING AND START WITH 3 LB WEIGHTS.. TAKE IT SLOW, AND LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!

what i did was for breakfast i ate fruit salad then at lunch i ate a salad no dressing or chicken in it.then at dinner i ate a salad and had some veggies i did this for about 3 weeks and i lost 30 pounds no junk food for the 3 weeks if your goin to do this for snacks i either had some fruit or some veggies.

Eating right and exercise. DONT crash diet. eat healthier, more furits and veggies. no im not saying become a vegetarian. even out your diet. less snacking and eating whenever your bored. eat 3 meals aday. healthy breakfast, full lunch and a nice dinner. exersize when your bored. a 10 minute walk aday is good enough.
