Is it alright if i drink protein only instead of eating to lose weight fast? -

and if so what do you recommend me buying?

it depends. to lose weight fast fast you can drink protein and go on bean pole diets. but you will gain it back. then you will lose it fast agian and all over again .This cycle is not good for your body. so you need to lose it slowly and you will not gain it back. that means changing your eating habits like eating organic foods and excersing too

you can get one of those meal replacement shakes it will give you the nutrients to survive but its not worthwhile replacing an entire meal with it because when you stop your body will be starved and you will put the weight back on twice as quick, i suggest using a high protein shake with no carbs or fat as a snack replacement but still keep your meals during the day but space them out and have like 4-5 (one of these can be a shake) small meals throughout the day and dont eat carbs after 7pm at night because your body wont have time to break them down. drink up to 8 glasses of water and cut out sugary drinks and sweets. if you want to loose it quick and keep it off this is the best way.. as for what shakes to use just go to a pharmacy or store that sells all that stuff and just pick from their range anything with no carbs and fat... theres that many out there they all do the same thing though..

I kno.. it sounds crazy. but eat at least 5 times a day, THOUGH, this meals are smaller than your regular meals. Instead of eating that huge plate at dinner, Eat half of it... and replace that other half of it with something low-fat, and eat it later... that way you won t be hungry, and you ll be eating healthier.Exercise... all kinds of exercise burns those calories. Running is about the best activity for burning calories, along with Cycling and aerobics.Drinking ONLY protein isn t good... since your body needs other organic molecules to survive.
