When doing exercise, does wrapping my body in cling film make me lose weight faster? -

No

No but it will make you sweat.

no. This sounds gross but, if you have a special event or something. Put Preparation H on your trouble spots, like stomach or thighs, then wrap with plastic wrap. It will tighten your skin temporarily. It will lessen the jiggle!

You will sweat more but that is not really a weight loss now is it?How about the time and energy spent actually wrapping your body in film? Well you might burn a few extra calories doing that.....

You only lose water and dehyrdrate your body. It s not healthy. You just lose water, NOT FAT.
