Are there any 10-15 minute exercises that I can do daily that will help me lose weight fast? -

Also, if you can, the exercise(s) can t be too hard or painful to do. Thanks for your help!

You need more like 30 mins a day to actually LOSE weight. The more energy you expend, the more fat you should burn, so skipping might do it. You really need to spend 5 mins or so warming up first tho, don t just dive straight into it.

Intense cardio. Jump-roping and running sprints will blast about 10 calories per minute if you re rigorous enough. Try incorporating a few 10-15 minutes spurts of activity into your day though.
