I am 5 7 and weigh 123. I work out 2 and a half ours a day. I also eat healthy, but i just cant seem 2 lose weight

It s harsh, but the quickest way is to pretty much starve yourself. But if you really do workout that much and you re still not losing weight, it s most probably in what you eat. Maybe you eat healthily, but eat too much.This site has helped me www.livestrong.com

you need to create a calories defict. basically one pounds equals 3500 calories. u can work out as much as u like, but if u dont eat right then nothing changes. basically just burn 1500 calories more than u consume. so stick to a 1400 calories diet and burn 1500 calories. doing this will help u lose 2 pounds per week

Losing weight is essentially burning more calories than you take in. A calorie is still a calorie, unfrotunately though, no matter how healthy it is.
