How can i lose Weight fast and still be heatly i am 14 years old? -

Well first off if you get hungry don t go to the pantry and grab your favorite snack cake like a Star Crunch, eat something healthy. Lean meat sandwich, raw fruit and veggies, anything that YOU think isn t good probably isn t good for you.Exercise, don t sit around on the computer all morning and through the day. If you are bored go for a jog, ride your bike, or play basketball. When at school don t grab the pizza or cheeseburger. Either take the veggie turkey burger or better yet bring your own packed lunch! That way you have your favorite lean meat sandwich, you get your most very important water and dried fruit or something along the lines of that.(KEY) I send this to all teens and young adults because it s true!
